Christian von Plessen

is as senior advisor for health care quality and safety to the Health Authority of the Canton of Vaud in Switzerland. In addition, he works as a senior physician at the University Centre for General Medicine and Public Health in Lausanne.

He is a recognized expert in quality improvement and patient safety in Switzerland and abroad. His current practical work and research are focused on coproduction of healthcare service, of quality improvement and of health research as a powerful approach to system change in health care.
