JIBS researchers involved in innovation project
On September 5 a team of JIBS researchers gave a presentation for top management representatives at ISS, the global service giant.
The JIBS team, together with professor Mike Danilovic (currently at Halmstad University) presented a generic model for innovation work, which was developed together with people at ISS and their major customers in Sweden.
Professor Tomas M체llern, head of the department Marketing and Logistics explains: "It is certainly prestigious to get this opportunity and it reflects the current strengths at the department in the field of innovation research".
ISS, with its more than 500.000 employees worldwide, is not only one of the worlds largest companies, it is also dominating the market for outsourced service functions, and the JIBS team has helped ISS to find a model for organizing innovation work in a more effective way.
