Klaudia Kluch

Klaudia Kluch has studied International Marketing at the University of Łódź in Poland and holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics with a specialization in Graphic Design and Web Development from Jönköping University. Through exchange studies at Karlstad University (Sweden), University of Deusto (Spain), Ruhr University Bochum (Germany), and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), she has developed a strong intercultural perspective and a keen interest in international collaboration in higher education.

At the School of Engineering, Jönköping University, she has served as a Teaching Assistant in the Business Planning and Entrepreneurship course and as a Laboratory Engineer in Front-End Development and Web Design Project. She has also worked with communication, CRM, and administrative support related to international student recruitment.

In her current role, she combines international marketing responsibilities with technical tasks such as CRM development, graphic production, and web management. She works with developing and optimizing CRM systems, conducting market analysis, and acts as a contact person between the International Office and the Communications Department. She is also responsible for the webinar series Meetings with the Dean as well as the International Office’s communication plan and various communication projects. In addition, she supports JUE’s international visibility through work with the website, social media, and ongoing communication support.
